Standardized operating procedures
The Standard Operating Procedures established for HLKSOO Realty, LLC and its licensed associate real estate brokers and license real estate salespersons, with respect to prospective buyers of residential property (hereinafter referred to as “buyers” in said Procedures) are as follows:
- Buyers are not required to show government issued identification, prior to being shown a property.
- Buyers are not required to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement, prior to being shown a property.
- Buyers are not required to have pre-approval for a mortgage loan, prior to being shown a property.
Situations may arise where the instructions of a property owner or another real estate broker (seller’s listing agent) may vary from said Procedures, as outlined above. In such a case, HLKSOO Realty, LLC may be obliged to follow instructions of such owner or broker, even if those instructions are contrary to said Procedures.
